How do membership payments work?

Membership fees shall be billed automatically on the [1st] day of each month to the payment method designated by the Member, including a credit card or bank account on file.

Do my unused monthly treatments or POINTS roll over??

Every 100 Points = $10 Spa Bucks! How to earn points? As a Member you will receive your plan’s monthly allotment and more, outlined below! Points will accumulate in your account and convert to spa bucks, when you elect to use spa bucks to pay for or toward any of our services, treatments, and therapies!

Members may use their converted spa bucks anytime or save-up to use for higher priced treatments/therapies. Members may gift their spa bucks to non-members [at ½ value].

Are there contracts or cancellation fees?

The Member may cancel membership by providing written notice at least [30] days in advance of the desired cancellation date.

Our annual membership plans are subject to an early termination carry-over fee of [1] additional monthly fee, should Member elect to cancel prior to [12 month] membership term.

Can I share my membership perks with friends or family?

Luxury Beautification $299 offers +1 Add-On Option *Member-Companions $149

*Members may elect to add-on [1] companion at any time during their membership, subject to capacity. Companions are welcomed and encouraged to join the wait-list, if the spa is at capacity should they elect to secure their next in-line position.

1. Kolibri Essentials: $99/VALUE over $260 *Essentials Upgrade $149/VALUE over $410*upgrade youth chamber 1 monthly session (12 annual) to weekly sessions (52 annual)Suggested for healthy individuals’ routine wellness.

2. Botanical Renewal: $199/VALUE over $410. Founding Members, the initial 20 to join will receive exclusive rights to enjoy unlimited Youth Chamber, for the duration of their membership.

Suggested for exceptional skin anti-aging wellness/those with health conditions/seeking frequent maintenance

3. Luxury Beautification: $299/VALUE over $885 and *Member-Companions $149/VALUE over $885 *points are shared and not doubled.

Can you put your membership on hold?

Yes. If you would like to retain your membership you may place it on hold for a period of up to [3] months at [½] the monthly fee, subject to the required [30] day written notice.
