Membership fees are billed automatically on the 1st of each month to the payment method on file, either a credit card or bank account.

Points do. Every 100 points converts to $10 in spa bucks. Points accumulate in your account and you can spend them anytime or save up for higher-priced treatments and therapies. You can also gift spa bucks to non-members at half value. Points expire on your membership anniversary each year.

You receive your plan's monthly allotment automatically. On top of that you earn points for referrals, reviews, and any service booked outside your plan benefits. Birthday months earn double.

Each plan delivers two to three times its price in monthly value, up to $855 on Luxury Beautification, and makes routine care automatic instead of something you have to remember to book.

You can cancel by giving written notice at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. Annual plans carry an early termination carry-over fee of one additional monthly payment if you cancel before the 12-month term ends.

Yes. If you would like to retain your membership you may place it on hold for up to 3 months at half the monthly fee, with the same 30-day written notice.

Luxury Beautification offers a +1 companion add-on for $149. Members may add one companion at any time during their membership, subject to capacity. The value is doubled and points are shared. If the spa is at capacity, companions are welcomed and encouraged to join the wait-list.

Kolibri Essentials suits healthy individuals wanting routine wellness. Botanical Renewal suits anyone focused on anti-aging, managing a skin condition, or wanting frequent maintenance.
